Juárez
Day 1-2
Overnight stop after flight into Mexico City Airport. Transport to Hotel. Colonia Juarez is a vibrant area with many restaurants a short walk from the hotel to get your tastebuds accustomed to the delights of Mexican Cuisine. You will be a block or so from Avenida de la Reforma, one of the principal streets in Mexico's Capital City. If you arrive early enough a visit to the Anthropological Museum or the Modern Art Museum is a must.

Tequisquiapan
Day 2-7
Day 1: Travel by minibus to Tequisquiapan, about 3 hrs trip. Check into hotel in the old town. Have some lunch and a wander round the town to get an idea of the layout. Check out the markets, take some pictures, have a beer or two... whatever floats your boat. Day 2: AM: A trip to Quesos Vai. See how their cheese is made followed by a tasting of their product. PM: Viñedos Azteca See the vineyard and taste their wines. Day 3: AM Travel to Bernal, another Pueblo Mágico, wander the streets and enjoy a slightly touristy destination(!) Good Mexican curios. PM Bodegas de Freixenet Bodegas de Cote. Day 4: AM Visit Minas San Joaquin in Trinidad an old opal mining village... what you find is yours. PM Viñedos la Redonda. Day 5: All day wander through the Sierra Gorda. Franciscan Monasteries and spectacular landscapes. Day 6 AM Quesos Bocanegra PM Bodegas Norte B Beer and Wine Tasting

Roma
Day 7-8
Travel to Mexico City, we will check into Hotel and start explore another area of Mexico City (Avenida Alvaro Obregon) and its wealth of bars and Restaurants before traveling home. Excellent beers, seafood (La Docena) and a Mezcalería. All within a 5 minute walk from the Hotel.
