Hello, my name is Nohora and I am your trip leader for this wellness retreat in Putumayo, Colombia. I am very excited to share with you the wonders of natural medicine that this beautiful region has to offer. We will explore the rich biodiversity of the Amazon rainforest, learn from the indigenous wisdom of the local communities, and experience the healing power of ayahuasca, a sacred plant brew that has been used for centuries by shamans and healers. I have a wide experience with ayahuasca, having participated in more than 10 ceremonies in different regions of Colombia. I have also known the Cofan Indigenous Community for more than three years, and I have built a strong relationship of trust and respect with them. They have welcomed me as one of their own, and they are eager to share their knowledge and traditions with you. As your trip leader, I will take care of you and make sure you have the best experience possible. I will guide you through the preparation, the ceremony, and the integration of ayahuasca. Day 1-2

BOGOTÁ - PUERTO ASÍS - Domestic Flight (not included - aprox $85 USD) We will meet at El Dorado airport in Bogota at 8:30 am and check in for our flight to Puerto Asis - we recommend you the Clic flight from Bogotá to Puerto Asís at 11:30 am. The flight duration is about one hour and forty minutes, and we will enjoy the scenic views of the Andes mountains and the Amazon rainforest along the way. We will arrive in Puerto Asis and transfer to Cofan's Indigenous Reserve, where we will have a delicious meal and get ready for our activities. Puerto Asis is a small town located on the banks of the Putumayo river, which forms the border with Ecuador and Peru. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and wildlife, and offers a variety of cultural and natural attractions. First night of accommodation in Puerto Asis. PUERTO ASÍS - First Ayahuasca Ceremony We are excited to welcome you to Puerto Asis, a beautiful town in the Colombian Amazon. Our itinerary for the second day is as follows: After a delicious breakfast of fresh fruits, eggs and arepas, we will meet our local guide who will take us on a jungle adventure. We will explore the rich biodiversity of the rainforest, learn about the indigenous cultures and traditions, and admire the stunning scenery of waterfalls, rivers and wildlife. At night, we will prepare for our first ayahuasca ceremony, a sacred ritual that involves drinking a plant-based brew that induces visionary and healing experiences. The ceremony will start at 10:30 pm and last all night, under the guidance of Taita Querubin Queta and Taita Jose Libardo Queta. PUERTO ASÍS - Cultural Day with Cofan Indigenous Community You will start your day with a delicious breakfast of local fruits and specialties, then head to the jungle for a guided hike. You will learn about the rich biodiversity and culture of this region, and spot exotic animals and plants along the way. After the hike, you will enjoy a refreshing river experience, where you will swim, or relax on the shore. You will also savor a fresh fish cooked in a wood oven by the local community, and learn how they prepare this traditional dish. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to participate in cultural activities, such as dances, music, and storytelling. You will immerse yourself in the vibrant and colorful culture of Puerto Asis, and make lasting memories with your fellow travelers.

LAST DAY IN PUERTO ASÍS - DOMESTIC FLIGHT TO BOGOTÁ (not included -$85 USD approx) The last day of the ayahuasca retreat is a time to reflect on the experiences and insights gained during the week. Participants will have the opportunity to express their gratitude and appreciation to the community that hosted them, and to share their stories and feedback with the facilitators and fellow travelers. There will be cultural activities such as music, dance, and crafts to celebrate the bonds that were formed and the wisdom that was learned. After a delicious lunch, we will pack our bags and get ready to leave. A shuttle will take us to the airport, where we will board the flight to Bogota.
