‘Lay Back and Relax: Amalfi Coast-Positano-Capri!’, Mar 2025DISAPPOINTED AND VERY LET DOWN AS TRAVLLED TO NAPLES AND WHEN STANDING IN AIRPORT WITH MY SUITCASE BELA TEXT ME ON WHATS APP AND SAID SORRY GOING HAVE TO CANCEL CANT GET A FLIGHT FROM ISTANBUL WHICH WAS A LIE I COULD SEE FLIGHTS ONLINE I booked this holiday a few months ago to Amalfi Coast I booked annual leave off work and was really looking forward to seeing and doing something I dream of for years it’s been on my bucket list so I paid the €539 for 2 nights accommodation when I was texting Bela leading up to the holiday trying to ask her we’re exactly the hotel was she was very secretive and rude in her texts it alarmed me Bela was not genuine so I said I’d go anyway we arranged to meet at Amalfi Port I was standing in Naples with my suitcase ready for adventure of a life time then Bela text me said SORRY I WILL NOT BE THERE I CANT GET A FLIGHT I was terrified as I a solo traveller standing alone in Naples and because she would not give me the address of the hotel or hostel I had nowhere to go only booked a hotel in Sorrento out of my own money. I contacted Join my trip and fair enough they refunded my money but in meantime Bela threatened me if I wrote her a bad review I would not get my refund but yet she had the cheek to leave me in a strange country alone and spoiled my trip I tried to call she would not answer and was very abusive in her texts seriously for ur own safety I would not recommend Bela my experience dealing with her was dreadful

Even when she couldn't join the trip herself in the end, she kept checking in with us daily. She made plenty of recommendations and picked a lovely hotel for me. However, I also do feel that the trip was quite overpriced for what was included. If I had booked the accommodation and activities myself, I could have saved a significant amount of money. I hope there will be adjustments in the future, so that the cost feels more in line with the overall experience.

Was also flexible, and made appropriate itinerary adjustments based on the weather. Good accomodation selection too. Great communication throughout. The (major) downside, is that the overall pricing seemed too high versus true costs, so hopefully this is reconsidered for future trips.
