This was a very disappointing trip. Lina is a nice, friendly person but on the first day I was waiting for her nearly 2hrs at a a cafe! I was also hoping that I could eat Spanish food but we ended up going to a Thai place in Spain! Also we didn’t visit the inside of the royal palace even though it says so in her itinerary. To top it off on the second day, she had another tour planned and was sick for another day so 2 days wasted. If she has other plans I wish she would have cancelled the trip. Even though she offered to reschedule, I did not have the time as I was on business and working. The organisation wasn’t great as the itinerary kept changing to suit her plus the constant waiting time for her to show up or text got very frustrating. I recommend to everyone to explore the city on your own or stay in a hostel where you will meet some good people. It did not feel like a Spanish experience. Join my trip got in contact and they have been really helpful but overall please save your money!
