About
Growing up in Morocco and later venturing to the United States and Canada, I witnessed the power of human connection firsthand. However, as the world became more digitally connected, I noticed a growing sense of disconnection, both from ourselves and from others. After leading a 14-year career in the corporate world, I experienced an illness that became a life-changing turning point. This experience inspired me to go on a journey of profound self-discovery as I delved into an array of transformative experiences, seeking healing and personal growth. I transitioned my career into wellness after. My commitment to Mindfulness deepened through my enrollment in the Intensive mindfulness Practice Program at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), coupled with the deeply enriching learnings I explored through continuing education on human consciousness, body mapping, yoga, emotional anatomy, non-violent communication and somatic practices. I live part of the year in Vancouver, Canada, part in Morocco and Spain.
