Extensive knowledge of Africa, guiding and cooking throughout Southern and Eastern Africa. I've run my own Food Truck business in Cape Town and have been a chef on many bush trips. Cooking slow food over the open fire is more than a hobby. I take good food and wine seriously. I'm also a qualified Tour Guide in the southern Cape with emphasis on wine tours :) Paragliding enthusiast since 7 years and avid Paramotor pilot since 2 years.
