Another popular warm destination to spend New Year’s is Mexico. Mexico convinces you already with its amazing cuisine (who doesn’t like tacos?) but has a lot more to offer for sure. Especially the area of the Yucatán Peninsula is very popular. You will find many stunning beaches, interesting wildlife and of course you have to visit some of the ancient Mayan temples there and learn about the history of the Mayans.
