Come join me for a small weekend getaway to Vienna and the countryside! We will meet in Vienna on Saturday morning and have brunch together. Afterwards, we head to the countryside where we will have a small wine tasting together. The highlight will be spending the night inside a barrel accommodation! The trip lead us to a special place. Even therefore the weather is not planable, we did great that we were flexible enough to face this situation. It was well organized and the spirit of the people was quite extraordinary, because we also had to manage a general strike of the whole country. At first I expected a local group leader or even a leader who is locally experienced. But that is not the idea of Kathis travels, she organizes her travel, so that every group member has to give an input to the groups experience.
On Saturday morning, we will have brunch in the city! Afterwards we will head to the countryside for our wine tasting. You can also meet us directly in Thallern :) We will try 4-5 different wines with some bread and cheese. Our accommodation will be the highlight of the trip - a barrel!

We will get a breakfast basket in the morning that we can enjoy with a nice view of the wine region. After breakfast, we will head back to Vienna and the trip ends :) If you have more time, you can explore Vienna a bit!
