Rome
Day 1-5
What we will do? We will meet up in Rome on the 16th around 2 pm in our accommodation and will do some activities together to know each other and relax after your arrival. We can walk around our place and find a good spot to eat. - Day 2 We will start with the Colosseum and then walk around the Forum and Palatine Hill. The Forum and Palatine are outdoors, and it is like walking in a park. It will take the whole morning so afterward we will head towards Piazza Venezia, from where we will climb to 2 stunning buildings: Vittoriano (altar to the fatherland, a large white building with statues of horses on top) and the Capitoline hill (offers one of the best views over Rome!). We will have lunch in a vegan restaurant in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. After lunch, we will walk looking around the beautiful streets and stop in the Pantheon where we will see the Pantheon itself, Piazza di Pietra, and the pretty Piazza Della Minerva, which has a fun and unexpected statue of an elephant by Bernini that is truly peculiar and worth seeing. We can have a drink and then dinner in another vegan restaurant :) - Day 3 We will go to the Vatican City. We will visit the Sistine Chapel, the beautiful Piazza San Pietro, St Peterโs Basilica, and the Vatican Gardens. We will drink a vegan ice cream and after that, we will head to nearby Castel SantโAngelo to see the sunset! We will spend the late part of the second day in the area of Piazza Navona, Bernini, and Borrominiโs masterpieces, finishing with a nice veggie dinner. - Day 4 We will see the Borghese Gallery, walk around Villa Borghese, see the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and make a wish. We will finish our last night in Rome by walking up to Trastevere to try something local from there and see the Bohemian neighborhood with its fantastic life. We will sleep and take a train in the morning to Florence.

Florence
Day 5-7
We will stay 2 nights in the city, which will allow us to: - Visit the famous Florence Cathedral - Explore the Uffizi Gallery to see some of the most important works of the Italian Renaissance - Take a stroll along the picturesque Ponte Vecchio bridge We will try the gelato in a famous Gelateria, get surprised by a raw-vegan dish, and try something special in another vegan restaurant very well known in the city. I would love to cook something together with nice Italian wine, so I hope we can have one night to do it! We will take a train the following morning towards Milan!

Milan
Day 7-9
We will have 2 days to do the following: - Take a walk around the stunning Piazza del Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele - Explore the historic Sforza Castle - Spend a night having an 'aperitivo' and dinner in Navigli, the neighborhood next to Milan's water channels. There is a very nice place to have some vegan burgers and also one of the best vegan restaurants in the world, so that will be our last night mandatory spot to finish our adventure!!
